By submitting your information on OttawaLandscaping.ca you are agreeing to allow us to provide this information to professionals in your area who provide the service you request. OttawaLandscaping.ca does not provided landscaping services, estimates, financing, warrantees nor guarantees on any work done by any given contractor that may contact you as a result of submitting information to us.

Landscape professionals referred to you the customer by OttawaLandscaping.ca have agreed to the terms and conditions found below in the Contractor enrolment Terms and conditions. Although efforts are made to ensure the legitimacy of the landscaper referred to you the customer, you the customer must make sure that you are entering into an agreement with a landscaper you have determined reliable and credible. OttawaLandscaping.ca in no way guarantees the landscaper using its service and you the consumer must make sure the landscaper is qualified to do the service you have requested.

We are simply an online medium for consumers to be connected with a number of professional landscapers to provide estimates on your next landscaping project. This is service is free of charge to consumers and OttawaLandscaping.ca does not guarantee results from using this service.

By submitting your information you are also consenting to allow OttawaLandscaping.ca add you to their email marketing campaign which will send periodic emails regarding blog posts, local product information and other marketing materials.

Contractor Enrolment Terms and Conditions

In order to enrol and provide quotes to prospects generated on OttawaLandscaping.ca, these terms and conditions must be acknowledged and agreed to. By submitting your enrolment you agree to the terms and conditions you, the landscape contractor agree that you have read these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of this agreement can be changed at any time without notification, and it is the responsibility of the member landscape contractor to evaluate these terms and conditions on a continual basis. Most changes will be announced through email correspondence.

By joining OttawaLandscaping.ca you certify that you carry commercial liability insurance that is valid, if you employ individuals that you participate in WSIB insurance for your employees, and that you provide a min 1yr written warranty for all work that you complete. Proof of each requirement may be required at any time and failure to produce sufficient proof is grounds for cancellation of service with no refund. You the landscape contractor also understand that OttawaLandscaping.ca and its affiliates do not provide landscaping services and is simply an intermediary providing contact information for prospective landscaping clients. You the landscape contractor shall not hold OttawaLandscaping.ca or its affiliates liable for any litigation civil or otherwise that resulted from the introduction of the client to you the contractor by OttawaLandscaping.ca and its affiliates.

Sales leads generated and provided to you (the landscape contractor) will be contacted by your organization only to provide landscaping services according to the information provided by the prospective customer and in compliance of the terms and conditions of your membership as an OttawaLandscaping.ca contractor. This prospective customer’s information is not to be re-sold or used for telemarketing, continuous unsolicited mailings, whether these mailings are electronic or mail.

All setup fees, pre-paid fees and subscription fees are non-refundable.

OttawaLandscaping.ca reserves the right to provide additional services to consumers utilizing our site. These additional services may include but are not limited to offers beyond the scope of contractor installation bids from member landscapers. OttawaLandscaping.ca reserves the right to send project requests to a number of member landscapers that best suits the needs of the consumer requesting landscaping services.

Use of OttawaLandscaping.ca is limited to member contractors and their employees to provide bids and estimates to prospective clients provided by OttawaLandscaping.ca. Landscape contractor membership to OttawaLandscaping.ca can be terminated for any reason. OttawaLandscaping.ca reserves the right to change the pricing structure of its services at any time and all members will be notified if such changes occur, if such changes occur you may cancel your subscription giving a 30 day written notice and a refund will be provided for timing remaining in the yearly subscription.
